1. Provider and scope

The provider is Deniz Mennilli, trading as Mennilli Labs. These terms supplement the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

2. Functions

Wochenbiss supports meal planning, recipe selection, pantry deductions, shopping lists and preparation for external shopping or delivery services. Functions may vary by device, region and provider.

German and English are the confirmed app languages. French, Italian and Rumantsch Grischun are local previews; a full app release of those languages is not promised.

3. Free and subscriptions

The Free/Pro model includes a free core tier and optional monthly or yearly Pro subscriptions on Apple devices and Android. The features and offers you can use depend on your installed app version and the relevant store offering; this page does not confirm a particular public release. Free covers recipe search, one seven-day plan, shopping and dietary filters. Pro adds longer planning, multiple saved plans, profiles, pantry, own recipes, Wochenbiss JSON recipe import and budget. Family includes Pro with Apple Family Sharing for up to six people in an existing Apple family group and is intended only for Apple devices. It depends on the purchaser's sharing settings. Family Sharing does not synchronise household data and does not grant an Android subscription.

The binding local price, currency and billing period are shown by the relevant store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription management under the store's rules. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access normally lasts until the end of the current billing period. Restore purchases in the app using the relevant store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. TestFlight purchases do not incur charges. Store rules and statutory consumer rights govern billing and refunds.

4. No medical advice

Recipes, nutrient values, allergy and dietary filters are planning aids. They do not replace medical or nutritional advice. Users must check ingredients, product labels and possible traces.

5. Shops and delivery services

Regional selections for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United States are guidance. US shops open as external websites, without automatic cart filling. US catalogue prices are unavailable; your own USD prices exclude taxes, deposits and extra charges. Existing estimates for other countries may be outdated or differ by region. Providers, ranges and delivery areas can change. Availability, final prices, substitutes, delivery slots, payment and orders are binding only with the provider. Wochenbiss is not the food seller and does not order on a user's behalf.

6. Permitted use

The app is for private and household use. Manipulation, abuse, automated attacks, bypassing protections and unlawful use are prohibited.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for stable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability of external services. Statutory rules apply to intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

Functions and terms may be updated for future versions.
